All are invited to our Sunday service as we welcome our very special guests – The Thamesford Handbell Choir. Old St. Paul’s is very pleased to present this unique opportunity for all to enjoy as part of our 190th celebration.
The Thamesford Handbell Choir is a group of 11 people from communities around Thamesford. They meet once a week to ring handbells and share their love of music. Susan Carscadden-Mifsud
of Ingersoll is the director of the ensemble.
The group has performed at many community church services, at seniors’ homes and in 2012 performed at Santa’s Village in Ingersoll. They have appeared at the Thamesford Lion’s Carol
Sing several times and were guests at the Ingersoll Senior’s Centre Christmas Dinner. The ringers have also attended several Ontario Biennial Handbell Festivals in London, Hamilton, Peterborough and Kingston.
